PHOENIX SUNS 119 – CLEVELAND CAVALIERS 113

The Cavaliers tried to prevent it in the last moments, but the Suns were the ones who took the cat to the water in this game. Those of Arizona already had the best Devin Booker, after coming back from a loss and having picked up a rhythm. The local guard went up to 36 points, with 14/27 shooting, and adding 8 assists and 5 rebounds. Collin Sexton, with 23 points, was the best of a Cavaliers already losing his benefits: four losses in a row.

MEMPHIS GRIZZLIES 113 – TORONTO RAPTORS 128

The Grizzlies fell at home after a horrendous fourth quarter in which the two-year-old champion came back in a big way. A 16-34 partial in those decisive minutes ended with the Grizzlies. Pascal Siakam and Fred VanVleet each scored 32 points, although Norman Powell was not far behind (29). Four wins in five games for the Canadians, now based in Tampa.

CHICAGO BULLS 101 – WASHINGTON WIZARDS 105

The Bulls were within a second of overtime. Well, actually a wise move for Zach LaVine to go into that extra time. The guard, author of 35 points, missed the shot that tied the game with only one second left. 35 also made Bradley Beal, who sentenced with free throws. It’s just the sixth win of the season for the Wizards.

CHARLOTTE HORNETS 119 – HOUSTON ROCKETS 94

The rookie was already the best of the Hornets in the bulging victory against the Rockets. LaMelo Ball scored 7 triples and finished with 24 + 7 + 10. Read the chronicle.

DENVER NUGGETS 112 – MILWAUKEE BUCKS 125

Khris Middleton was in all of them and the Nuggets only had Jokic and Barton at a good level. Facu Campazzo is not yet ready to play. Read the chronicle.

LOS ANGELES LAKERS 119 – OKLAHOMA CITY THUNDER 112

LeBron, 36, was the leader of the Lakers in a victory that, again and against a lesser rival, needed extra time. Historical triple-double of the king. Read the chronicle.

SAN ANTONIO SPURS 105 – GOLDEN STATE WARRIORS 100

Nobody counted on the Spurs, who are fifth in the West. Not even Curry has managed a veteran and lacking talent roster. Read the chronicle.

DALLAS MAVERICKS 127 – MINNESOTA TIMBERWOLVES 122

Kristaps Porzingis pulled the bandwagon on another tough day for Doncic on pitches. The Mavericks secured a victory that was complicated for them. Read the chronicle.
