After a season in Goias, Brazil, Kevin Quevedo returns to Peruvian soccer. The former Alianza Lima player reached an agreement to reinforce the ranks of Melgar with a view to League 1 and Copa Sudamericana.
The 23-year-old national striker will be linked to Melgar for two seasons and in the next few hours his hiring will be made official by the club.
Although the incorporation of Kevin Quevedo to the preseason of the red and black box will not be immediate. The player must receive the approval of the Peruvian Football Federation to join Melgar’s work, as happened in the case of Beto Da Silva in César Vallejo.
Kevin Quevedo had no continuity in Goias, he only alternated in two games, and played 66 minutes. He did not score any goals. In addition, in the middle of the year he had a coronavirus and that took him away from the courts for about three weeks.
