After Sebastian ‘El Loco’ Abreu extended his career even further by signing with the 31st team in his professional career, his son, the Mexican Diego ‘Loquito’ Abreu, assured that he has the slight suspicion that the former America club Y Blue Cross from Liga MX, intends to play professionally with him at a club in the First Division.

Loco Abreu signed with a Brazilian club at age 44, so Diego commented in a radio interview that it could be the case that his father has the desire to share the field in an official match and thus be able to retire.

“I think my old man is extending his career to play with me. He has not told me but it is something that I sense. There will come a time where I will debut in first and he says I came to play with me on that side,” said Loquito in Sport & Show.

Loquito Abreu plays in the lower teams of Defensor Sporting de Uruguay, and although he has Uruguayan nationality, Diego represents the colors of the Mexico National Team, also in age-limited categories.

Despite being selected with the TRI, Diego Abreu has not closed the doors to the Uruguayan team, because in that same interview he hinted that he is waiting for a call from the celestial, because he would like to wear that shirt.

“I have not been called from the Uruguayan team, I would like to have a call-up in youth, it would be nice”
